Mainų programos atveria duris beribiam tobulėjimui!
Dalyvavimas tarptautinėse mainų programose, tokiose kaip Erasmus+ ir Nordplus, suteikia neįkainojamas galimybes tobulėti visiems – mokytojams, vadovams ir mokiniams. Erasmus programa skatina mokymąsi visą gyvenimą, remia žmonių išsilavinimą bei asmeninį ir profesinį augimą Europoje ir už jos ribų. O Nordplus projektas siekia kurti bendrą Šiaurės ir Baltijos šalių švietimo erdvę bei gerinti švietimo kokybę.
Partnerius tarptautiniams mainams pasirinkome itin atsakingai – tai patyrusios mokyklos, kurios ne vieną dešimtmetį dalijasi savo žiniomis ir patirtimi. Karalienės Mortos mokyklos vadovai, pedagogai ir mokiniai lankėsi įvairiose Europos šalyse, kur gilinosi į projektų kūrimo, mentorystės, koučingo bei švietimo inovacijų temas. Bendradarbiaudami jie įgijo vertingų įžvalgų, pritaikomų kasdieniniame ugdyme, susipažino su geriausiomis praktikomis, procesų organizavimu, darbo ir kultūros kūrimu.
Tarptautinės partnerystės yra svarbios ne tik mums, bet ir mūsų partneriams. Karalienės Mortos mokykloje šiais mokslo metais sulaukėme svečių iš Islandijos, Italijos ir kitų šalių, kurie atvyko čia semtis patirties. Dalyvavimas tarptautiniuose mainuose yra investicija į ateitį, kuri atveria naujas galimybes, skatina asmeninį ir profesinį augimą, inovacijas bei praturtina visą švietimo bendruomenę.
Pasitikdami naujus mokslo metus džiaugiamės itin sėkmingais praėjusių mokslo metų tarptautiniais projektais Nordplus ir Erasmus+ Karalienės Mortos mokykloje – 8 šalyse vykusiuose mokymuose dalyvavo net 64 dalyviai iš Vilniaus ir Kauno KMM: 43 mokiniai ir 21 mokytojas bei vadovas.
Profesiniam tobulėjimui užsienyje skyrėme 4856 valandas. Bendradarbiavome net su 10 mokyklų ir kitų organizacijų, užmezgėme glaudžius ryšius, pasisėmėme naujų idėjų.
Šiemet ypatingai didžiuojamės, kad Nordplus ir Erasmus+ projektų metu ne tik turėjome išskirtinę galimybę mokytis bei stiprinti profesinius ryšius, bet ir sulaukėme net 50 svečių iš kitų šalių, su kuriais dalinomės savo turimomis žiniomis, gerosiomis praktikomis ir ilgamete patirtimi.
We are motivated and „fresh” after our visit. The positive atmosphere that we experienced during the communication between teachers and students is something that I will remember and prioritize in my future interactions with teachers when they approach me with concerns about students. I want my teachers to behave the same way when interacting with our students.
We gained valuable insights into innovative teaching methods and strategies for developing student communication and collaboration skills. For instance, we learned how to incorporate technology such as AI, develop exceptional communication skills through passion projects, and set high expectations for students. I also think that this collaboration between teachers from different countries opens up a world of new opportunities and enhances teacher professionalism.
During our visit to your school, we observed the students’ respect and behaviour, and we believe we can achieve more here in Iceland. The teaching focused mainly on the students’ independence and the need for them to carefully consider what they are doing, evaluate it, and explain it simultaneously. The English and writing classes were excellent. We truly enjoyed our visit to your school; it made a lasting impression. We felt a great ambition to do more and better. We want to set higher goals and expect more from our teaching.
