Eight Queen Morta School high school students, along with three other schools from around the world, participated in the student-organized and student-focused event, the “Incubator Innovation Summit 2025” at the international ASC Athens (American Community Schools).
We are proud of our high school students who led three workshops: “Media Indifference,” “Mindfulness,” and “Persuasion.” Students from the Athens school engaged in the carefully planned, engaging, and youth-relevant activities led by our students.
Each day, QMS students faced a challenge inviting them to learn more about Greece. To celebrate Lithuania’s Independence Day on February 16, they were tasked with taking a photo on the theme “Lithuania in Greece.” The next day, they recorded a voice message in Greek, later enjoyed Greek cuisine, and while visiting the Olympic village, posed as athletes.
Upon returning to Lithuania and reflecting on the trip, many students shared their thoughts on how interesting it was to meet and get to know their peers from other countries, as well as how nice it was to see their own classmates in a different, less familiar setting.
We are glad that the Erasmus+ exchange programme provides QMS students and teachers with a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from various European countries, share experiences, and develop communication and organizational skills.
