2. www.karalienesmortosmokykla.lt – the website available at www.karalienesmortosmokykla.lt.
3. Social Media Accounts – accounts on Facebook, Twitter, or other social networks linked to www.karalienesmortosmokykla.lt, providing information about the Institution and its non-formal and formal education support services based on preschool, pre-primary, primary, and secondary education programs, as well as services fulfilling self-expression needs.
4. Browser – a program used to display web pages on the Internet or on a personal computer.
5. Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject), whose identity can be determined directly or indirectly using such data as a personal code, or one or more characteristics typical of a person’s physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social identity.
6. Privacy Policy – this document, outlining the main rules for the collection, storage, management, and retention of Personal Data when using www.karalienesmortosmokykla.lt.
7. IP Address – a unique number assigned to each computer connected to the internet, known as the Internet Protocol (IP) address, which can be used to identify the individual.

15. The School receives data when the Data Subject sends an inquiry via email to info@kmmokykla.lt or via the standardized contact form:

16. The above-mentioned data are stored for no longer than 12 months from the last user activity or from the submission of an inquiry via the electronic form.
17. The School undertakes not to disclose Users’ Personal Data to third parties, except:

17.1. With the User’s consent;

17.2. To the School’s partners providing services related to the fulfillment of the User’s service requests;

17.3. To third parties acting on behalf of the School as Data Processors, only if a relevant contract exists ensuring adequate protection of Personal Data;

17.4. In other cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The School may transfer Personal Data to government or law enforcement authorities upon request.

18. Despite all reasonable efforts by the School to protect Personal Data, data transmission via the internet cannot be fully secure. All transmissions are carried out at the User’s own risk. From the moment data is received, strict procedures and security measures are applied to protect the data from unauthorized access.
